change sales order app not working

Hi ,

change sales order app is getting displayed but change option is not available .

i have made a entry in SIMGH node as well and in URL parameter change=true is also there.

i see some token problem in console of browser as below.

URL   : /sap/bc/ui5_ui5/sap/ui5_sd_so_mon/index.html?backToHome=true&change=true&sap-client=100&sap-language=EN ...........

latest patch level of SRA003 abd SRA018 is applied in both gateway and backend system and track sales order app is working fine.

anybody knows how to solve the problem.
